• Account Information: Email address and authentication data when you create an account using Google Sign-In
• User Content: Categories, reminders, dates, notes, and photos you add to the App
• Shared Recipients: Email addresses of people you choose to share reminders with (Pro subscription feature)
• Profile Information: Optional profile photo and display name

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data including:
  • App opens and screen views
  • Feature usage patterns
  • App crashes and performance data
  • Device type and operating system
• Device Information: Device ID, model, OS version, app version, and language settings
• Subscription Information: Purchase history and subscription status via RevenueCat

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Send reminder notifications at your specified times
• Enable email reminders for important dates
• Process subscriptions and verify entitlements
• Improve and optimize the App experience

• Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services

• Photos are stored in Firebase Storage with access restricted to your account

• Email addresses for shared reminders are encrypted at rest

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in these circumstances:

• Email Recipients: Email addresses you add for shared reminders receive notifications about those specific reminders only
• Service Providers: With third-party services necessary for App functionality (as listed above)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental request
• Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Retention

• Active account data is retained as long as your account remains active
• You can delete your reminders, categories, and other content directly from the App at any time
• To request complete account deletion, email us at developer@productiveapps.co.uk
• Complete account deletion will be processed within 7 days of your request
• Analytics data is retained in anonymized form for up to 14 months
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw Consent: Opt-out of non-essential data processing
• Unsubscribe: Opt-out of email reminders using the unsubscribe link

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

The App does not use cookies. However, third-party services integrated into the App may use their own tracking technologies. Firebase Analytics uses an app-instance identifier to track usage patterns.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.
